Thats why I seek for help here hoping for someone to please help me to fix this issue. I've tried completely uninstalling Steam client, but even after installing it again from scratch, it still doesn't detect my controller wirelessly. I've been trying to find solutions everywhere, but I haven't found a solution for it. So, if it works with my Windows 7 and other games, outside of Steam, it is not a drivers problem and something within Steam client must be causing the problem.
